REMOVING THE BEARINGS
To remove the bearings you’ll need the following tools:
• BearingInstallationTool(T1/T2/T3)
• 2xPlasticPresshead(T6)
Remove the end caps by inserting the bearing
installationtoolspindle(T1&T2)intoonesideof
the hub and gently tap out the end-caps on
bothsides(1&8).
Place the two small threaded plastic pressheads
(T6)onabearingasshownintheimageand
insertthebearingremovaltool(T1&T2).
Placethesmallspacer(T8)ontheoppositeside
ofthehubandstarttoscrewonthehandle(T3)
of the bearing removal tool
Gently increase the pressure until the
bearing is released.
Leavetheaxle(5)inplaceandrepeatsteps2-4
on the opposite side.
