RADIO REMOVAL:
1. Unsnap shifter trim bezel, lift away and remove.
2. Unsnap center console bezel, left away and remove.
3. Extract (2) 7mm hex bolts securing bottom edge of
dash panel. Unsnap dash panel, lift away,disconnect & remove.
4. Extract (4) 7mm hex bolts securing radio, lift away,
disconnect and remove brackets. Unplug and remove.

2004-07 MERCURY MONTEREY
RADIO REMOVAL:
1. Using panel removal tool, pop out radio bezel.
Disconnect and remove.
2. Extract (4) 7mm hex bolts securing radio, lift
away, disconnect and remove brackets. Unplug
and remove.

USE 5645 BRACKETS ON 6603 MOUNTING PANEL FOR INSTALLATION.
CUT OFF THE REMAINING TABS & DISCARD.
Utilice braquetes 5645 detras de el panel de montaje 6604 para
instalación. Cortar las pestañas restantes y descartarlas.

RADIO REMOVAL:
1. Open center console, remove two (2) Phillips head
screws from back of console cover. Lift up and
remove. (Console cover is held in place by two
screws in back and press clips on each side and front.)
2. Remove panel from along side of center dash by
pulling from bottom to top. Panels are held
in place via press clips.
3. To remove radio trim bezel, extract (6) 9/32 screws (three on each side) from panel.
Unplug heat and AC control harnesses, remove panel. Extract four 9/32 screws from
radio mounting, unplug and remove.

2005-07 FORD SUPERDUTY PICKUP
RADIO REMOVAL:
1. Carefully unsnap dash/radio panel using panel
removal tool, lift away, disconnectand remove.
2. Extract four (4) 8mm hex bolts sescuring radio,
lift away, disconnect and remove.

2008-UP FORD SUPERDUTY PICKUP
RADIO REMOVAL:
1. Use a panel removal tool to carefully unsnap small
aux-in and lighter panels, unplug and remove.
2. Extract (2) 7mm screws from behind panels
removed in step 1.
3. Use a panel removal tool to carefully unsnap
dash/radio bezel, unplug and remove.
4. Extract (4) 7mm screws holding radio,
unplug and remove radio.

USE 5996 BRACKETS WITH MOUNTING TABS ON 6603 MOUNTING PANEL FOR INSTALLATION.
Utilice
