START UP
PUSH THE GREEN SWITCH
BUTTON
ONLY FOR THE INSTALLER
Unloose the two screws
and remove the front panel.
Put the master switch on
“Rinsing” to fill up the
water reservoir.
Once filled up place again the
master switch to “ON” position
and install the front panel.
NOTE.
The sound level of the unit
in operation should be
lower than 70 db (A).
The authorized Service
Agent will complete an
inspection of the unit
interior.
The first batch of ice cubes
will drop into the storage
bin approximately 30
minutes from start-up.
While the machine is
making its first batch of ice
cubes it is recommended
that the interior of the
storage bin is cleaned with
an appropriate MILD
DISINFECTANT solution
(liquid algaecide).
ATTENTION.
If the temperature of the
room in which the machine
is placed is below +15°C,
the freezing cycle length will
be shorter (17÷20 minutes)
than the average one.
Alternatively, if the room
temperature is above
+30°C, the freezing cycle
length will be longer (25÷30
minutes).

PULSAR EL INTERRUPTOR

UNICAMENTE PARA EL
TECNICO INSTALADOR
Desatornillar los dos tornillos y
sacar el panel frontal.
Colocar el interruptor del aparato
en posición
“Risciacquo” (enjuague) para
llenar el depósito de agua.
Al
término del llenado del depósito
volver a colocar el interruptor en
posición “ON” (funciona) y
volver a colocar el panel frontal.
NOTA.
El nivel de ruido producido
por el funcionamiento
del aparato no alcanza a
70 db. (A).
El tecnico/instalador se
dispone a comprobar el
interior del aparato.
La premera tanda de
cubitos se completará
dentro de unos trenta
minutos.
Mientras la máquina esta
haciendo los cubitos es
necesario limpiar las paredes
interiores del depósito de hielo
y tambien el exterior del
mueble utilizando un trapo
humedecido con una
SOLUCCIÓN DESINFECTANTE
(producto algaecida) y las
chapas utilizando un producto
especifico sin cloro para acero
inoxidable.
ATENCIÓN.
Si el aparato está instalado
en un ambiente cuya
temperatura es inferior a los
15°C, el ciclo de
congelación durará algo
menos (17÷20 min).
Si por el contrario la
temperatura ambiente es
superior a los 30°C, el ciclo
de congelación durará algo
mas (25÷30 min.).

Svitare le due viti e rimuovere
il pannello frontale.
Mettere l’interruttore
dell’apparecchio sulla
posizione “Risciacquo” per
caricare l’acqua nel serbatoio.
A caricamento concluso
riposizionare l’interruttore
su “Funziona” e reinstallare
il pannello frontale.
NOTA.
Il livello sonoro prodotto
dal funzionamento
dell’apparecchio é
inferiore a 70 db (A).
Il tecnico/installatore
provvederà a completare le
ispezioni all’interno
dell’apparecchio.
Il primo lotto di cubetti di
ghiaccio prodotto verrà
scaricato nel contenitore
dopo circa 30'.
Con l’apparecchio in funzione,
é bene dare una pulita alla
parte interna del contenitore
(igienizzazione) servendosi di
un panno pulito inumidito con
una SOLUZIONE
DISINFETTANTE (liquido anti-
alghe) ed alla carrozzeria
servendosi di un prodotto
specifico, privo di cloro, per
acciaio inossidabile.
ATTENZIONE.
Se la temperature ambiente
dove é installato l’apparecchio
é inferiore a 15°C la durata
del ciclo di congelamento
sarà più breve (17÷20 min.)
di quella media.
Se, al contrario, la
temperature ambiente é
superiore a 30°C, la durata
del ciclo di congelamento
sarà più lunga (25÷30 min.).

Lösen Sie die zwei Schrauben
und entfernen Sie das vordere
Blech.
Betätigen Sie den Hauptschalter
auf “Rinsing” (Spülen) um den
Wasserbehälter aufzufüllen.
Sobald er aufgefüllt ist bringen
Sie den Schalter wieder auf die
“ON” Position und bringen Sie
das vordere Blech wieder an.
HINWEIS.
Die Lautstärke des
Gerätes ist niedriger als
70 db (A).
Der Techniker/Fachmann
sollte auch das Innere des
Gerätes überprüfen.
Die ersten hergestellten
Eiswürfel werden nach ca.
30 Minuten in den Speicher
fallen.
Ist die Maschine in Betrieb
ist es wichtig das Innere
des Behälters mit einem
feuchten Tuch (benützen
Sie eine antialgen Lösung)
zu reinigen.
Auch das Edelstahl-
Gehäuse soll mit einer
spezifischen Lösung
gereinigt werden.
ACHTUNG.
Ist die Temperatur der
Maschine im
Aufstellungsraum unter
+15°C liegen, wird die
Gefrierzeit etwas kürzer sein
(17÷20').
Wenn die Raumtemperatur
über +30°C liegt, wird die
Gefrierzeit länger sein
(25÷30').

Schroef de twee schroeven van
het voorpaneel los en verwijder
het paneel.
Zet de hoofdschakelaar op de
“Rinsing”-stand (schoonmaken)
opdat het waterreservoir gevuld
wordt. Als het waterreservoir vol is
zet dan de hoofdschakelaar
weer op de “ON”-stand en
schroef het voorpaneel weer
terug op zijn plaats.
N.B.
Het geluidsniveau van de
machine in-bedrijf dient
l
ager te zijn dan 70 db (A).
De erkend installateur zal nu
het interieur van de
machine inspekteren op een
goede werking.
De eerste produktie van
ijsblokjes zal na ca. 30
minuten na het opstarten in
de voorraad- bunker vallen.
Voordat de machine de
eerste produktie van
ijsblokjes heeft “gelost”
dient de voorraadbunker
met een NIET-AGRESSIEVE
DESINFECTANT te worden
gereinigd.
N.B.
Indien de omgevingstemperatuur
van de machine lager is dan
+15°C zal de produktie-
cyclus korter zijn (17-20
minuten) dan de
gemiddelde cyclus- duur.
Anderzijds inden de
omgevingstemperatuur
boven +30°C is zal de
produktie-cyclus langer
dan gemiddeld zijn
(25-30 minuten).
MISE EN SERVICE
POUSSER LE BOUTON VERT
POUR L’INSTALLATEUR
Devisser les duex vis pour
demonter le panneau
frontal.
Mettre l’interrupteur
principal sur la position
“Rinçage” pour remplir le
reservoir.
Une fois le reservoir plain
remettre l’interrupteur sur
la position “En marche” et
remonter le panneau
frontal.
NOTE.
Le niveau sonore
produit pendant le
fonctionnement de la
machine est inférieur a
70 db (A).
Le techniciens installateur
s’occuperà de compléter
les contrôles à l’intérieur de
la machine.
Les premiers glaçons
seront produits dans un
laps de temps de 30'
environ.
Lorsque la machine
fonctionne il faut nettoyer
l’intérieur de la cabine
(aseptisation) avec un
chiffon inbibè de LIQUIDE
DÉSINFECTANT (liquide
alguecide) et nettoyer la
carosserie avec un produit
specifique sans chlore.
ATTENTION.
Si la température du lieu où
est installèe la machine est
inférieur à 15°C, la durèe
du cycle de congélation
sera plus courte (17÷20')
d’une moyenne.
Si, par contre, la
température ambiante est
supérieur à 30°C, la durée
du cycle de congélation
sera plus longue 25÷30').
