What does one long beep mean on a Sea-doo Boat?

  A long beep on your Sea-doo Boat when installing the safety lanyard or pressing the start/stop button can indicate several issues. If the safety lanyard has been on the switch for more than 10 minutes without starting the engine, remove and reinstall it. Ensure the safety lanyard cap is correctly installed over the switch to avoid a bad connection. Use a safety lanyard that has been programmed for the craft, and try another programmed safety lanyard in case the current one is defective. Clean the safety lanyard cap to remove any salt water. For improper operation of the MPEM or a defective wiring harness, consult an authorized dealer.
