Características generales
Storm es una automación electromecánica para la gestión de los grandes pasajes
para vehículos (5,6,7 m.).
Los lugares de empleo son numerosos, el Storm, en realidad, es destinado para
gestionar las entradas de los camping, hospitales, obras, calles privadas, entradade
puertos y aereopuertos, aparcamientos públicos etc. sosteniendo ciclos de trabajo
semi-intensivos. Está dotado de un sistema de seguridad anti-aplastamiento
(versión 230), que garantiza una fuerza no precisamente mayor de 15 kg sobre el
barrote, tutelando personas y cosas de posibles accidentes. Un sistema de
reducción de la velocidad impecable garantiza el total control de las fuerzas de
inercia presentes. El sistema de desbloqueo libera el mástil desde el motorreductor,
permitiendo la abertura y el cierre manual.
La automación está compuesta por:
Cofre Storm, que sostiene y protege de los agentes atmosféricos todos los equipos eléctricos y mecánicos introducidos. En
efecto está construido de chapa de acero sometido a tratamiento de cataforesis y pintura (barnizadura) en polvo epoxídica.
A petición es posible también el suministro de la caja de acero inoxidable.
Muelle de balanceamiento, (ver tab. Muellas).
Tarjeta electrónica GATE 1,
la programación de la automatización y gestión de todos los sistemas de trabajo y seguridad.

7) Balanceado del mástil

Posicionar el mástil a 45° y efectuar el equilibrado con los dados de Fig.13.

9) Nivelación del mástil

Importante: esta operación tendrá que ser efectuada sólo si el mástil, terminada su carrera, no se queda perfectamente horizontal (en cierre) o vertical (en abertura).
