and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.

1. SAFETY
WARNING! Wear approved eye protection. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. A full range of Personal Protective
Equipment is available from your Sealey dealer.
WARNING! Ensure that Health & Safety, Local Authority Regulations and general workshop practice Regulations are adhered to
when using sprayer.
9 Be aware of the safety requirements for the fluids contained in the vessel.
9 Do read and follow all the fluid manufacturers instructions for application and safe use.
9 Store the sprayer out of reach of children.
9 Label vessel with chemical used, even if water. It is highly recommended that individual vessels should be used for individual
chemicals. Cross contamination can give unexpected results.
8 DO NOT spray at people, animals, in high winds, or where there are sources of ignition.
8 DO NOT use the pressure sprayer for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
8 DO NOT use whilst eating, drinking, smoking; under the influence of drugs, alcohol, intoxicating medication, or if fatigued.
8 DO NOT leave the tank pressurised for long periods of time.
8 DO NOT expose the sprayer to direct sunlight.
8 DO NOT fill the container with liquids exceeding 30°C.
2. INTRODUCTION
Premium quality hand pump sprayer. Ideal for use with some brake cleaners, detergents, traffic film removers, penetrating oils and weed killers.
Adjustable nozzle enables a mist to jet pattern, which allows for easy and direct application of liquid exactly where it is required. Robust composite
construction with a 1ltr capacity container.

Preparation and Setup

Pre-Use Inspection

Air Escape Procedure

Spray upwards at an incline to release residual air if liquid drips after button release.

Fluid Compatibility

Ensure use of clean spray agents and mix chemicals thoroughly prior to filling.

Slowly unscrew spray head to release pressure, clean pump with water or agent.
