We will repair or replace, at the Company’s discretion, the movement of the timepiece
if such movement is defective.This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
accidents, misuse, neglect, carelessness or unauthorized tampering and is void if the
watch is opened, repaired or serviced by any party other than the ARA exclusive designs. This
warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, bracelets, crystals, cases (including crowns
and pushers) or damage due to normal wear and tear. Any other warranty by a retailer is
entirely their responsibility. No person or company is authorized to change the terms of
this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other
statutory rights that may vary from state to state. This is not liable for any incidental or
consequential damages occurring from the failure or malfunction of your watch and any
recovery may not exceed the dollar amount paid for the timepiece. No other claims under
warranty other than these explicitly indicated herein will be admitted. Mailing expenses
will be paid by the sender. To receive warranty service, please send the watch, proof of
purchase and a check or money order made payable to ARA service center for $15.00,
directly to the ARA service center at the address listed on page 26. Insure the watch for at least
the purchase price when shipping, as we are not responsible for watches lost in transit.
This watches are warranted against material or workmanship defects for a
period of two years from the date of purchase.
