seca 755/756
1. Remove dial protecting ring and window from the scale's head.
Mark the pointer's position for 0/40/75/110/150 kg on the dial.
1.1 Remove the dial and the pointer.
1.2 Screws “D“ and “Z“ on the adjusting angle
(drawing 30-21-00-201) are now accessible.
1.3 If the scale showed a positive deviation at full load (= 150 kg), the distance “A“
must be reduced. In case of a negative deviation, “A“ must be increased. Use
“D“ for adjusting, “Z“ for locking.
1.4 If the scale showed a positive deviation at half load (= 75 kg), the angle opening
“B“ between lever parts “T1“ and “T2“ must be increased, or reduced if the
deviation was negative. To adjust, carefully slacken nut “M“ and screw “S“ by a
quarter of a turn. Insert a screwdriver into the semi-circular slot and press the
lever parts apart or together as required.
1.5 After each correction, tighten the screws, mount the dial and the pointer.
Repeat steps 1.3 and 1.4 several times as required.
1.6 Before finally fixing the dial, check the display at 40 kg and 110 kg. If the display
is not correct, this can be adjusted by slightly shifting the dial upwards or
downwards.
1.7 Finally, retighten all parts that were removed. Do not tighten the screws on the
dial too tightly.
