Also, the GSM network might be busy, causing SMS messages to be blocked; in this case, wait and try again later. Ensure the SIM card is installed correctly; if the SIM card indication LED is flashing, turn off the tracker and reinstall the SIM card (do not do this while the tracker is powered on to avoid damage). Finally, verify that the power supply is working correctly.
