Solutions when the machine struggle to load water
Ifthecoffeemachineisbeingusedforthersttime,orithasnotbeenusedinalongtime,orthewatertankrunsoutofwater
during coffee brewing, the internal water pump might struggle to load water into the circuits. In this case, there are two solutions:
Solution 1: to be applied when the water inside
the water tank runs out during coffee brewing.
Solution 2: to be applied when the machine is being used
for the first time, or it has not been used in a long time.
1. Fill the water tank with
water and place a cup under
the steam spout.
2. When the machine is off (but
plugged in the power supply),
press and hold the “switch
indicator”. The steam spout
automatically dispenses water
until the level is about 200ml.
Afterwards you can proceed
brewing coffee as usual.
Take out the water tank and place the “manual pump” on
the water tank base. Fill the “manual pump” with water
and then use it as a syringe to pump the water into the
machine. (Try this step 2-3 times to make sure the water
enters the circuits).
Remarks: the “manual pump” is supplied with the machine
as an accessory.
