      If your Seiko watch has been charged for longer than the required time for a full charge, but the second hand does not resume one-second interval movement, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The light the watch has been exposed to was too weak. In this case, recharge the watch sufficiently by exposing it to light. 2. The built-in IC has fallen into an unstable condition. To resolve this, reset the watch by following the instructions in 'IMPROPER FUNCTION.' (P.28) 3. The watch has been left or worn in extremely high or low temperatures.
