8.5.3. Do Not Disturb
The user can set up and cancel the Do Not Disturb service in the following way.
“DND” label appears on the screen when Do Not Disturb service is active.
A user placed in the “Do Not Disturb” state, cannot be called, but can perform normal outgoing telephone
traffic, including the possibility to book a call completion upon finding a line/ user busy; by lifting the
handset, the difference consists of the tone: confirmation tone can be heard instead of dialling tone.
An enabled user can call a user placed in the “Do Not Disturb” state, by overriding the block imposed on
calls.
Cancel
1. repeat from step 1. to 6. above described
2. to cancel:
forward always press enter and wait for the result
of the operation on the phone screen
forward on no reply press enter and enter a value
in the timer field; press enter ; select NOT ACTIVE
with UP and Down arrows; press enter to send to the
system the new setting and wait for the result of the
operation on the phone screen
forward on busy press enter ; select NOT ACTIVE
with UP and Down arrows; press enter to send to
the system the new setting and wait for the result of the
operation on the phone screen.
3. to return to the main menu, press ESC more times or wait
until the timer elapses
Note: - The led of bottons programmed with forward on busy and on
no reply, turn off when the service is cancelled.
