How to transfer a call in progress to another extension
To transfer a call in progress to another user:
put the call on hold by
pressing the key , dial the internal
telephone number to wich the call is to be
transferred, and after the reply, replace the
handset. The call transfer can also be
performed without waiting for an answer or
even if the line is engaged (dependent upon
SAE exchange programming).
How to place a trunk line in common parking
Press the function key programmed as the
intercommunicating group trunk line key (EXT/
INT xx): the led next to the key will flash slowly
on all telephones within the group.
To remove the line form parking, press the key
next to the flashing led on any telephone
within the group.
How to place a trunk line in exclusive parking
Press the key , the led next to the key will
flash slowly.
To remove the call from parking
press the key again.
To remove the call from parking from
another telephone, press the key ,
followed by the number of the user that has
parked the trunk line.
