What to do if Sennheiser Transmitter has RF signal but no audio, and “MUTE” appears?

If the Sennheiser Transmitter shows “MUTE” and you have RF signal but no audio, it could be that the bodypack transmitter is muted. In this case, cancel the muting. Alternatively, the receiver’s squelch threshold might be too high; try reducing that setting. It is also possible that the bodypack transmitter isn’t sending a pilot tone. To resolve this, activate or deactivate the pilot tone transmission.
