How to fix SeQual Eclipse 3 Oxygen Equipment Eclipse when it does not power on?
    • A
      alexanderwilliamsJul 26, 2025
If your SeQual Oxygen Equipment Eclipse doesn't power on, several factors could be at play. First, ensure a battery is installed or plug the device into external power. If a battery is already present, it might be discharged, so connecting to external power is recommended. Check that the AC or DC power supply is correctly plugged into the outlet, the power supply box, and the Eclipse itself. Also, verify that the outlet provides sufficient power, as it might be controlled by a wall switch or a tripped circuit breaker.

      Vincent ReevesAug 3, 2025
If you're not getting any oxygen from your SeQual Oxygen Equipment, start by checking the air inlet filter and clean it if it's blocked. Inspect the humidifier attachment and tubing for any issues. Ensure that your Eclipse is powered on. Verify that the tubing and cannula are properly connected and not kinked, correcting any connection problems or obstructions.

      Sara FigueroaAug 11, 2025
If you experience low oxygen concentration or flow with your SeQual Oxygen Equipment, there are several things to check. First, inspect the tubing or humidifier for any restrictions and repair or replace them as needed. Ensure your Eclipse has adequate airflow around it. Also, check the air inlet filter and clean or replace it if it's blocked. Again, make sure that there is adequate airflow. If you're using Pulse Mode and exceeding the maximum breath rate, switch to Continuous Flow Mode until your respiratory rate returns to normal.

      Sandra WarrenAug 17, 2025
If your SeQual Oxygen Equipment is not delivering oxygen in pulse flow mode, ensure that the tubing/cannula is no longer than 7 feet (2.1m). If a humidifier is attached, remove it. Make sure the unit is set to Pulse Mode and not Continuous Mode. Check that the nasal cannula is properly placed in your nostrils, and that you are breathing through your nose.
