Summary

Unit Set-Up

Fill Unit Basin

Fill basin with 1 liter of water to fill-line-ridge. Filtered water is recommended.

Add Food Pans

Place product in pans; never directly into the basin. Food pans are not included.

Connect Power

Plug the unit's power cord into the power source.

Power On Unit

Press the power button to turn the unit on. 230V units have a power switch.

Set Temperature

Use Up/Down buttons to set the desired serving temperature.

Safety Information

Electrical Safety

Unit must be earthed/grounded. Use a three-prong plug for electrical shock prevention.

Rethermalization Process

Elevates food from 40°F to 165°F within 2 hours. Includes pre-heating and product addition steps.

Hot Food Holding Process

Maintains food at or above 150°F for minimum 2 hours. Includes pre-heating and temperature monitoring.

Unit Take-Down

Power Off Unit

Press the power button to turn the unit off. 230V units use the power switch.

Unplug Cord

Disconnect the unit's power cord from the power source.

Remove Pans

Remove food pans from the basin. Allow unit to cool before continuing.

Empty Basin

Empty water from the basin after each use to extend the warmer's lifespan.

Dry Unit

Thoroughly dry the unit with a soft dry cloth to maintain components.
