If your Shark Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up dirt and has no or light suction, there are several things to check: * Inspect the filters and clean them if necessary, following the instructions for rinsing and drying before reinstalling. * Empty the dust cup, as it may be full. * Check the hoses, hose connections, nozzle, and accessories for any blockages and clear them. * Remove any string, carpet fibers, or hair wrapped around the brushroll.
