GARANTIE LIMITÉE D’UN AN
EURO-PRO Operating LLC garantit ce produit contre les défauts de pièces et de main
d’œuvre pour une période d'un (1) an à compter de la date d'achat originale lorsqu'il est
utilisé dans le cadre d’un usage normal domestique, conforme aux conditions, aux
exclusions et aux exceptions suivantes.
Si une défectuosité couverte par les conditions de cette garantie limitée est découverte
durant l’année, EURO-PRO Operating LLC va réparer ou remplacer toute pièce
défectueuse si l’unité est retournée par l’acheteur initial, les frais de transport payés.

La date de la preuve d’achat ainsi que 12,95 $ pour couvrir les frais de transport de retour
et de manipulation doivent être inclus.*
La responsabilité sous cette garantie se limite entièrement au coût de réparation ou de
remplacement de l’unité selon notre choix. LES FRAIS DE MAIN-D’OEUVRE NE SONT
PAS COMPRIS.
La garantie ne couvre pas l'usure normale des pièces et ne s'applique à aucun appareil
qui a été modifié ou utilisé à des fins commerciales. La garantie limitée ne couvre pas les
dommages causés par un mauvais usage, de la négligence lors de la manutention ou des
dommages dus à un mauvais emballage ou à une mauvaise manipulation lors du
transport (par n’importe quel transporteur).
Cette garantie est donnée seulement à l‘acheteur original de l’unité et exclut toute autre
garantie légale et/ou conventionnelle. La responsabilité d’EURO-PRO Operating LLC s’il
y en a une, se limite aux obligations spécifiques exprimées sous cette garantie limitée.
En aucun cas EURO-PRO Operating LLC ne peut être tenu responsable pour des
dommages indirects ou consécutifs de toute nature confondue. Certains États/Provinces
n'autorisent pas l'exclusion ou la limitation des dommages directs ou indirects. Par
conséquent, la limitation ci-dessus peut ne pas s'appliquer à vous.
La garantie vous donne des droits légaux spécifiques qui peuvent varier d’un État à l’autre
ou d’une Province à l’autre.
