Troubleshooting
• Make sure that the power switch is in the “on”
position.
• Make sure the keyboard is with range of your
device (approx. 30 feet).
• Make sure that the bluetooth setting on your
mobile device is enabled, and that the keyboard
is showing as “paired”.
