of Checking
Rotate bobbin ge ar unit (2·3)
by ha nd and check that
slider
un it mo ves smoothly
fr
om l ef t edge to right edge.
Dismount wire from
pu lley
a
nd check fo r smooth
rotation.
Check for deform at ion
between frame unit and
sleeve, as
well as for other
phenomena.
Di smount X i dl e gear (2·2),
slowly rotate mo tor gea r,
and check for abnorm al load.
Ch ec k if wire has com e off
the bobbin gear.
Check that wi re has not been
cut.
Confirm that wire is properly
screwed on
to bobbin gear.
Check that X idle
gtar and
bo bbin gear are op erating
