[Gas leak inspection procedure]
1. Remove the compressor and Filter dryer.
2. Install the new compressor and Filter dryer.
3. Braze the connections of compressor, dryer, evaporator, condenser and all other piping connections.
4. Connect the dryer charge pipe and accumulator charge pipe to the nitrogen cylinder with the gauge manifold, apply
pressure approx. 70 x 10

Pa (approx. 7 kg/cm
2
), and check for leak with soapy water or testing liquid Monju.
If leak is found, thoroughly wipe off the soapy water from the leaking part, and then lower the nitrogen pressure so as
to prevent entry of water into the pipe.
Caution:
Never use any flux when brazing. Entry of water into the pipe causes cycle troubles.
