(7) Loosen the joint (a) to release gas.
Check balance of high/low pressure.
(8) Open the high pressure valve of gauge manifold to discharge gas so that the high pressure gauge pressure reduces
down to 1.0 kgf/cm
2
G. (When 1.0 kgf/cm
2
G is reached, close the high pressure valve.)
(9) Open the low pressure valve of gauge manifold to discharge gas so that the low pressure gauge pressure reduces
down to 1.0 kgf/cm
2
G. (When 1.0 kgf/cm
2
G is reached, close the high pressure valve.)
Cares when performing operations (8) and (9)
Discharge gas remaining in the cycle. Take care so that the air does not enter into the cycle. Never allow
reduction of gauge pressure below 1.0 kgf/cm
2
G.
(10)Tighten the joint (A) which has been loosed in Step (7) above.
Slightly open the liquid side valve of charging cylinder, and close (A), discharging gas.
(Purge the inside of hose.)
