The drying process might be prolonged due to several reasons. The lint filter surface could be clogged, so wash it with lukewarm water. The heat exchanger might be clogged, requiring cleaning. Ensure the ventilation grills are open to prevent the room temperature from rising too much. A limescale layer on the humidity sensor could also be the cause, so clean the humidity sensor. Avoid overloading the dryer with laundry. Lastly, ensure your laundry is sufficiently spun by selecting a higher spin speed on your washing machine.
