The drying process can be lengthy due to several factors. The lint filter or heat exchanger might be clogged, so wash the filter with lukewarm water and clean the heat exchanger. Ensure the ventilation grills are open to maintain room temperature. A limescale layer on the humidity sensor can also cause this, so clean the sensor. Avoid overloading the dryer and select a higher spin speed on your washing machine to ensure laundry is sufficiently spun.
