Connect CP1001.
Change SP1001.
Change TU2801.
Is there signal at pins
28 and 30 of IC701?
Is there signal at pin
15 of TU2801?
Check IC1001 and peripheral
circuit.
Check IC1002 and peripheral
circuit.
Check IC701 and peripheral
circuit.
