Check the Ethernet and controller board LEDs on the control panel.
Are the LEDs on?

Check the ribbon cable connection on the control panel and
controller board.
Is the cable properly connected at both ends?

Reconnect the cable.
Does the problem remain?

Check the cable for damage, and replace if necessary.

Replace the control panel cable.

Disconnect the LVPS cable from the controller board, and then
measure the voltages of the red and orange wires.
Is the reading on the red wire +6.5 V, and the orange wire +25 V?

Replace the LVPS cable.
