wrap and pierce 5 times with fork. Stir halfway through
cooking.

1 minute 30 seconds on HIGH (100%)
3 minutes 20 seconds on HIGH (100%)
Place food in microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap
and pierce 5 times with fork. Stir halfway through cooking.

Followed by

Remove Dinner meal from box, keep in plastic container.
Pierce plastic film 5 times with fork.
Allow to stand before serving.

Place all ingredients onto plate and cover with plastic
wrap. Peirce plastic wrap 5 times with fork.
Allow to stand after cooking.

7 ½ - 8 minutes on MEDIUM (50%)
Place into microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic
