Sharp SG-315H - VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY SELECTION; Mains Voltage Selector Setting; 50 Hz to 60 Hz Frequency Conversion

VOLTAGE SELECTION (Refer to Figure 18)
If the setting is different from that of your local supply mains voltage the selector must be re-set as follows.
1. Disconnect the mains plug from the wall outlet.
2. Rotate the voltage selector by using a screw driver so that your local voltage number can be seen.

VOLTAGE FREQUENCY SELECTION (Refer to Figure 19)
This unit has been so adjusted before delivery from the factory that it functions on a power supply of 50Hz.
To operate it on the household power of 60Hz, change the unit as follows. PHONO MOTOR
CONNECTOR
. Remove the turntable by pulling upward.
. Lift up the player board at the lefthand and slide the player board to the left.
. While lifting up the player board at this side, disconnect the pin plugs and phono motor connector.
. Remove the player from the unit.
. Remove the motor pulley by unscrewing the fixing screw and replace with 60Hz motor pulley (accessory).
. Unsolder the lead wire connected the tip (marked 50) of motor and connect it to the other tip (marked 60).
