CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
This
is
a
highly
1C-ed
pre-main-amplifier
with
OCL
(Output
Capacitor
Less)
amplifier.
It
consists
of
equalizer
amplifier,
tone
control
unit,
main
amplifier
protection
circuit
and
power
supplier.
Followings
are
explanation
about
each
circuitry
and
its
operation.
1. MAIN AMPLIFIER
The
main
amplifier
consists
of
driver
IC
and
power
transistor.
The
driver
IC
is
specifically
designed
to
drive
the
power
transistor
and
the
internal
current
limitter
to
protect
the
output
power
transistor
from
accidental
shortcircuit
or
overload,
being
workable
on
either
single
or
split
power
supply.
The
equivalent
circuit
of
this
IC
is
as
shown
in
Fig.
3.
