Entries
Before
you
can
view
secret
MARK*ED
data,
turn
the
Secret
function
off.
Secret
MARK*ED
data
is
recalled
along
with
non-secret
data
in
the
different
modes
once
the
Secret
function
is
off.
Retrieving
secret
MARK*ED
entries
directly
To
search
for
secret
MARK*ED
entries
directly,
press
MARK*
to
display
*
and
then
press
treating
*
as
a
keyword.

This
is
not
possible
in
the
BUSINESS
CARD
mode.
Declassifying
Secret
Data
To
declassify
an
entry’s
secret
status,
display
the
entry
(after
turning
the
Secret
function
off),
and
enter
the
edit
mode.
Press
to
cancel
*
on
the
display
and
press
to
store
the
entry
again
as
non-secret
data.

you
declassify
an
entry
in
the
BUSINESS
CARD,
all
other
entries
for
the
same
company
will
become
non-secret
at
the
same
time.

Removing
the
Password
To
remove
the
password,
turn
the
Secret
function
off,
and
call
up
the
Secret
menu
again
using
[SECRET].
Select
REMOVE
THE
PASSWORD,
type
in
the
password,
and
press
[ENTER].
Once
the
password
has
been
removed,
the
secret
entries
remain
marked
but
become
accessible
at
all
times,
until
you
set
another
password.
Changing
the
Password
It
is
advisable
to
change
the
password
on
occasion
for
security
of
extremely
sensitive
data.
To
do
so,
first
remove
the
current
password,
then
set
another.
