If
your
modem
supports
it,
you
may
wish
to
set
this
to
ON.
LINE
TYPE
Set
this
according
to
whether
the
local
phone
line
uses
tone
or
pulse
dialing.
SPEAKER
_
If
turned
on,
you
can
hear
the
connection
process
as
your
modem
tries
to
make
contact
with
the
remote
system.
The
sound
will
automatically
turn
off
after
connection
is
made.
WAKE
UP
If
set
to
ON,
the
Organizer
will
be
automatically
turned
on
and
put
into
terminal
mode
when
accessed
by
a
remote
system.
This
function
requires
the
appropriate
PC
software
and
hardware.
This
function
cannot
be
used
with
the
CE-130T/CE-131T
and
data
in
the
Organizer
cannot
be
accessed
if
you
have
set
a
password
for
the
start-up
display.
REDIAL
The
number
of
times
the
Organizer
will
attempt
to
redial
a
number
if
unsuccessful
before
giving
up.
It
can
be
set
to
any
value
in
the
range
0-99.
Of
these,
only
the
line
type
is
really
important,
all
the
other
settings
can
be
left
at
their
default
values.
If
you
have
a
pushbutton
phone
and
hear
tones
when
you
dial,
then
you
have
tone
phone.

you
have
a
rotary
dial
phone
or
hear
a
clicking
sound
when
you
dial,
then
you
have
a
pulse
telephone.
Refer
to
the
modem
operation
manual
for
further
details.
Press
when
you
are
finished
until
you
return
to
the
terminal
main
menu.
Dialing
directory
The
dialing
directory
contains
all
the
configuration
information
needed
to
connect
and
logon
to
the
remote
computer
as
well
as
the
telephone
number
of
the
connection
point.
Select
DIALING
DIRECTORY
from
the
terminal
main
menu.
