Rearrange the order of three memos, “12345”, “ABCDE”, and “abcde”
to “abcde”, “12345”, and “ABCDE”.
1. Select the MEMO mode, display the memo “abcde” you want to
move, and press :
(until “abcde”
appears)

2. Retrieve the memo which is to appear immediately after the entry
you are moving using or ‘

3. Press [ENTER] to relocate the memo.
e If you do not press [ENTER} here, the memo entry will remain
in its original position.
Alternatively, the order of memos can be rearranged in the index.
