OPERATION
Note: Ensure that each incubation chamber in the SCO10A is connected to its own CO
2
supply.
START A FLOW OF CO
2
Gas Cylinder
Open the cylinder valve to supply CO
2
to the regulator.
Set the cylinder regulator flow setting.
• Set the regulator to deliver 15 – 20 Pounds per Square Inch (psi) to the incubator
CO
2
in Port. Never exceed 20 psi.
Building Supply System
Initiate a flow to supply 15 – 20 psi of CO
2
to the incubator through the Gas In port.
