What to do if the displayed weight is incorrect on Shinko Denshi Scales?

  If the displayed weight is incorrect, there could be several reasons: * The balance hasn't been used for a while or has been moved. In this case, perform span adjustment. * The adjusters are not flat, and the balance isn't horizontal. Ensure the balance is horizontal. * The tare range is either set or not set correctly. Remove the sample and zero the readout by pressing the [Zero/Tare] key to continue.

Why is nothing displayed when I turn on my Shinko Denshi LF Scales?

  If nothing is displayed when you power on the balance, it could be due to the following cause: * The AC adapter may not be properly connected. Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected. * If the adapter is connected, the electric components of the balance or the AC adapter may have failed. Replace the AC adapter with a properly working adapter of the same model to see if that resolves the problem.
