Important - Please Read

Crucial preparatory information and safety guidelines before assembly and installation.

Step 1: Tray Level Check

Check that the shower tray is level in all directions before proceeding with installation.

Step 2: Packing Block Management

Instructions for handling packing blocks and removing wall channels from the door unit.

Step 3: Wall Channel Positioning

Position wall channels, mark drill holes, and drill to the specified depth.

Step 4: Wall Channel Caps

Fit wall channel caps to the top of the wall channels and insert channels into the enclosure.

Step 5: Enclosure Placement

Lift and place the enclosure onto the tray, aligning with pre-drilled holes for fixing.

Step 6: Handle Attachment

Attach the door handle to the door for both Linea Touch and Glide models.

Step 7: Frame Securing

Centre the enclosure, check for frame bow, and fix sections using screws.

Step 8: Drip Deflector Fitting

Measure and cut drip deflectors and fit them to the frame and bottom of the door.

Step 9: Tension Adjustment

Set door squareness, adjust closing tension, and fit pivot block screw covers.

Step 11: Frame Cap Fixings

Place and fix the correctly handed frame caps using screws and push-fit hole plugs.

Step 12: Wall Channel Sealing

Silicone the entire vertical length of the wall channels up against the walls from the inside.

Step 13: Base and Side Sealing

Silicone the bottom of the enclosure on the tray and up walls, and at side profile joints.

Surface Preparation

De-grease surfaces for siliconing according to supplier instructions and safety guidelines.

Drilling Precautions

Check for hidden pipes, use safety glasses, and avoid hammer action on ceramic tiles.

Assembly Protection

Use opened enclosure packaging to protect your floor and wall during assembly.

Care & Maintenance

Preventing Water Spots

Use the supplied squeegee to wipe glass after each shower to prevent water spots.

Cleaning Recommendations

Use soft cloth, water, and recommended cleaner; avoid solvents and abrasives.

Lubrication

Lubricate roller assemblies or hinge parts occasionally with high-quality silicone spray.
