ADJUSTMENT OF BELTS TENSIONER
The rotor supporting the cutters is moved by means
of a drive belt with automatic spring tensioner.
To adjust the drive belts tensioner, proceed as
follows (picture 5):
- Unscrew nut B with a 32 mm spanner.
- Tighten pin A to tend the belts with roller C.
- Once the belts are adjusted, tighten nut B.
The belts are stretched properly when applying
a force of about 10 kg on the tension side of the
set of straps, this is deflected by about 10 mm.
