What to do if the Siegenia TITAN app says "handle cannot be reached"?

If you see a message in the SIEGENIA HomeConnect app that the "handle cannot be reached," it's likely due to interference in the wireless signal. Try removing any sources of interference, checking the distance to the nearest Thread repeater (and decreasing it if necessary), checking the distance to the home controller (and decreasing it if needed), and checking for faults with individual devices in the smart home network, restarting devices if necessary. Another reason could be that the window handle has been reset to the factory settings. In that case, delete the window handle from the SIEGENIA HomeConnect app and repeat commissioning.
