3.1 Demontage ERN 1381/ROD431.001/
EQN 1325.001
1. Schrauben (6.87, Fig. 2) abschrauben und Deckel (6.83, Fig. 2)
abnehmen.
Geber ist elektrostatisch gefährdet!
Sicherungsmaßnahmen treffen!
2. Schrauben (1, Fig. 3.2) am Geberdeckel (Kabeleingang) ab-
schrauben.
3. Geberdeckel abnehmen.
4. Mittelschraube (2, Fig. 3.2) zur Befestigung des Gebers an der
Motorwelle herausschrauben, dabei Motorwelle gegenhalten.
5. Schrauben (3, Fig. 3.2) der Drehmomentstütze (4, Fig. 3.2)
abschrauben.
6. Gewindestift (6, Fig. 3.2), DIN913-M5x20, einschrauben.
7. Geber durch Einschrauben der Schraube (5, Fig. 3.2), M6x70, von
der Motorwelle abdrücken.

1. Unscrew the screw (6.87, Fig. 2) and remove the cover
(6.83, Fig. 2).
The transducer can be damaged by electrostatic charges.
Take safety precautions.
2. Unscrew the screw (1, Fig. 3.2) on the transductor cover (cable
inlet).
3. Remove transductor cover.
4. Hold the motor shaft still and screw out the centre screw (2, Fig. 3.2)
which fixes the transductor to the motor shaft.
5. Unscrew the screws (3, Fig. 3.2) on the holding plate (4, Fig. 3.2).
6. Screw in the threaded pin (6, Fig. 3.2), DIN913-M5x20.
7. Pull the transductor off the motor shaft by screwing in the screw
(5, Fig. 3.2), M6x70.
