Anwendungsbereich
Die Vakuum-Hochspannungsschütze sind Schaltgeräte mit
elektromagnetischem Antrieb für hohe Schalthäufigkeit und
unbegrenzter Einschaltdauer.
Der Magnetantrieb kann mit Wechsel- oder Gleichstrom
betätigt werden.
Das Vakuumschütz eignet sich zum betriebsmäßigen Schal-
ten von Wechselstromkreisen jeder Art, z.B. Drehstrommo-
toren, Transformatoren, Kondensatoren, Widerstandsver-
brauchern und zum Wendebetrieb von Motoren.
Die Vakuumschütze 3TL81 haben einen Abreißstrom von
nur 0,6 A und sind insbesondere zum Schalten von indukti-
ven Vebrauchern geeignet.
Die Vakuumschütze werden in offener Ausführung in Schutz-
art IP 00 nach DIN/VDE 0470 Teil 1 und IEC 144 gebaut.
Sie sind einsetzbar in Gebäuden mit geringer Wärmeisola-
tion oder geringer Wärmekapazität, geheizt oder gekühlt,
ohne Temperaturüberwachung. Heizung oder Kühlung kann
über mehrere Tage ausfallen.
Gelegentliche Betauung von ca. 1x pro Monat für 2 Stunden
ist zulässig.
Die Vakuumchütze erfüllen entsprechend IEC 721, Teil 3.3,
1990 folgende Umweltbedingungen:

Application
High-voltage vacuum contactors are switching devices with
solenoid-operated mechanisms suitable for high switching
frequencies and unlimited ON duration.
The solenoid-operated mechanism is suitable for AC or DC
duty.
The vacuum contactors are suitable for normal switching
operations in AC circuits of any type, e.g. three-phase mo-
tors, transformers, capacitors and resistive loads and for
motor reversal duty.
The 3TL81 vacuum contactors have a chopping current of
only 0,6 A and are thus particularly suitable for switching
inductive loads.
The vacuum contactors are of the non-enclosed type, de-
gree of protection IP 00 to DIN/VDE 0470 part 1 and IEC 144.
They are suitable for use in buildings with poor thermal
insulation or low thermal capacity, heated or cooled, without
temperature monitoring; heating or cooling may even fail for
several days.
Condensation about once a month for 2 hours is permissi-
ble.
The vacuum contactors satisfy the following environmental
conditions in accordance with IEC 721, Part 3-3, 1990:
