Saving DTMF Control
Code
You can save your fixed network num-
bers in your PhoneBook together with
control codes (tone sequences), e.g.
mailbox PIN or remote replay PIN for an
answering machine.

Hold down until a “+” ap-
pears (pause in connection
setup).

Enter the control code.

If necessary insert more
pauses to ensure that the
numbers are processed se-
curely on the receiver side.
Sending a Control Code
A control code can be entered manually
after a connection has been set up:

Enter the numbers for the
tone sequence.
Service numbers
Your service provider can equip your
SIM card with service numbers. If this
case, you will see
<Service Numbers>
as an
entry in your PhoneBook.

Information Numbers
Your network provider can equip your
SIM card with info numbers. These
numbers can be stored together in di-
rectories (e.g. hotels, weather). The
numbers or directories appear auto-
matically as entries in the PhoneBook.

only be dialled in the local network.
