Temperature exceeds
0 °C to + 45 °C range.
Ensure correct temperature, allow time, then re-
charge.
SIM error SIM contacts dirty. Clean SIM contacts with a dry cloth.
Damaged SIM card. Make visual check.
Return SIM card to your network provider.
SIM card not correctly orientated. Ensure SIM is correctly orientated.
Old SIM card. Only 3 volt SIM cards may be used. If you are using
a 5 volt SIM card, please contact your network pro-
vider.
PIN error 3 incorrect inputs. Enter MASTER PIN (PUK), supplied with your SIM
as instructed. If your MASTER PIN or PIN are lost,
contact your network provider.
No connection to
network
Weak signal. Move to a higher location, or to a window or open
space.
Outside GSM network. Check network provider coverage map.
Check network information for the device.
SIM not valid. Contact your network provider.
