MMS
The Multimedia Messaging Service
enables you to send texts, pictures/
videos and sounds in a combined
message to another mobile phone.
Depending on your telephone set-
ting, you will either receive the com-
plete message or only a notification
with sender details and size. The ac-
tual MMS can then be downloaded
manually later.
Writing an MMS
An MMS consists of the address
header and the content. This may
consist of a series of pages. Each
page may contain a text, a picture
and a sound. Remember that pic-
tures and sounds may be protected
(DRM, page 13).
