Hardware requirements
The following list relates to Plant Cloud Communication.
Rails, housing, cabling and other accessories are not taken into account.
Depending on the configuration of your plant, you require the following devices and firmware
versions.
Application example: Plant Cloud Communication
In the S7-1200 station:
● CPU with firmware version ≥ V3.0
For the configuration of the S7 station with CP:
Engineering station with STEP 7

Software requirements
Configuration software
To configure the CP, the following configuration tool is required:
● STEP 7 Basic / Professional V13 SP1 with HSP0112
Software for online functions
STEP 7 in the version specified above.
