You may change the language for acoustic opera-
tion and for the standard announcement. English is
the default language.

language from the chart below:
Recording Your Own Announcement
The standard announcement
is already preset:
“There is nobody available to take your call right
now. Please leave a message after the tone.”
This announcement is used until you record your
own announcement, or after you have deleted your
own announcement.

Scroll to Voice Mail and press OK.

Scroll to Announcement Setting and press OK.

Select Record Announcement and press OK.
Quickly place the handset to your ear. You will hear
a notification of the recording and then a short
beep/ready tone. After the tone record your an-
nouncement clearly into the handset.

Stopping a Recording

Press OK to stop or delete while recording.
Your greeting is then automatically played back.
