Changing the ID, name and PIN of a mailbox
You can change the PIN by overwriting the current entry. You cannot change the name
of the general mailbox.

Activated mailboxes are marked ‰.

◆ The message will not be delivered if the sender has used an invalid
ID or the mailbox has been deactivated.
◆ The message will go to your general mailbox if the sender has not
entered the ID.

Changing the name of the mailbox:

s Edit
Select the mailbox and press the display key.

~ Save
Now enter the new name and press the display key
to store the entry.

Changing mailbox ID and PIN:
s Mailbox 2
Select and confirm, e.g. Mailbox 2.

If required, enter the mailbox PIN and confirm.

Scroll to the ID: line and select a new ID.

Scroll to the Protection: line and activate or deacti-
vate PIN protection.

Scroll to the PIN line (you will see the current PIN)
and overwrite the PIN (4-digit).

Save
Now press the display key to confirm the entry.
