8 Select the values to be changed and enter the new values
described below. The values for frequency and duration are
mandatory. The value for the amplitude is set to this value as a
trade-off between optimal wave propagation and patient comfort.
You have to change the following values:
◾ Frequency:
– 60.1 Hz (Resoundant firmware < 2.0)
– 60.0 Hz (Resoundant firmware 2.0 or higher)
◾ Amplitude: 50 %
◾ Duration: 3 cycles
9 Click Change to confirm your settings.
10 Close the web browser and remove the crossover Ethernet cable
from the active driver.
The 60.1 Hz setting is only required for older Resoundant devices
with pre-2.0 firmware (the version is visible on the settings page
in the software, in the lower right area). For devices with
firmware version 2.0 or higher, a frequency of
60.1 Hz may still
work, but
60.0 Hz is smoother. Therefore the 60.0 Hz setting is
recommended for newer versions.
