Hot line means that a predefined number is dialed automatically
after hook off (e.g. baby-call, alarm-call). In order to switch the
hot line off, hook off and start immediately to dial the off-
command.
Restrictions for NT+2ab/CA restr. and Pairgain:
a/b1 via a/b1 only; a/b2 via a/b2 only.
