Installing on a DIN rail
The SCALANCE W7x8 is suitable for rail mounting on 35 mm DIN EN 50022 rails.
Bracket for DIN rail mounting
Note
The bracket for
installation on a DIN rail does not ship with the product. You obtain a set of 3
under the following order number: 6GK5
798-8ML00-0AB3.
The bracket consists of the following parts:
● 1 DIN rail slider
● 1 spring
● 2 screws
Mount the bracket on the rear of the device as shown in the figure below:
