These order variants have a hardware RAID configuration. Adaptec maxView Storage Manager is pre-installed.
This document describes the steps you have to take on your system to open the Adaptec maxView Storage Manager
without warning regarding the security certificate.
Note
When you turn on the device for the first time, you must start by restarting the system once again. The full range of functions
of the maxView Storage Manager is only available after this restart.
When Adaptec maxView Storage Manager is called for the first time, Internet Explorer opens and the following message is
displayed:
To open Adaptec maxView Storage Manager without warning regarding the security certificate, proceed as follows,
depending on the operating system:
Windows 7 32-bit/64-bit:
1. Close the Internet Explorer.
