Setting up a Trusted Site
Note
These steps describe how to enter a URL as trusted site for Microsoft Internet Explorer. The result is that the security level is
downgraded for this site and applications, such as ActiveX elements, can be run from this site in Microsoft Internet Explorer
.
1. When Adaptec maxView Storage Manager is called for the first time, Internet Explorer opens and the following message
is displayed:
Select "Continue to this website".
2. The following security warning is displayed.
Confirm the warning with "OK".
